  3. What Vallen JPegger is:

  6. Vallen JPegger is a handy freeware image viewer program.
  7. Its intuitive explorer-like user interface provides fastest
  8. access on image files. About 40 different image formats
  9. supported like JPG, BMP, GIF, TIF, PNG, PCX and many more.
  10. Original Explorer context menus provide all necessary file
  11. management functions like Copy, Move and Delete. Also any
  12. explorer shell extension like WinZIP (if installed) is directly
  13. supported form within Vallen JPegger.
  14. Use your numeric key pad navigate through your files by <Up> and
  15. <Down>, show images in full screen with <Enter> Zoom with <+> 
  16. and <->. Powerful printing with complete user-defined scaling and 
  17. positioning on paper supported including comfortable print preview.
  18. Automatic thumbnail generation with full print support.
  19. Full screen (press <Enter>) and slide show mode (press <F10>) 
  20. included. According to user request now also image editing
  21. functions and file save support added.

  87. Installation:

  90. JPegger doesn't need an installation. Therefore it can easily be used
  91. on a CD. Simply unpack the ZIP-file into any folder and run jpegger.exe.
  92. So it is no problem to start Vallen JPegger form autun.inf ona CD.

  94. To create desktop icon with menu guided start up options click
  95. "Preferences" out of menu File and select tab "Setup".

  97. Uninstallation:

  100. Step 1: To remove all registry entries Vallen JPegger makes for saving
  101.         its start-up settings run jpegger once with foolowing options:
  102.         jpegger.exe -ui -q
  103.         The switch -ui will remove all registry entries and -q will
  104.         quit Vallen JPegger after that. See help for more command line
  105.         options or run jpegger with switch -?.

  107. Step 2: Simply remove the jpegger files from hard disk.

  113. Vallen JPegger is optimized for ease-of-use, fast image viewing and
  114. printing. Best and fastest operation on Windows NT/2000 as there are
  115. some special image viewing functions which are not supported on
  116. Windows 9x/Me.
